| The
company also requires its employees and sub-contractors to fully
understand their legal obligations whilst at work, i.e. to make
certain as far as is reasonably practical that all possible steps
are taken to ensure the Health & Safety of themselves and
of any other person who may be affected by their acts or omissions
at work. All such employees and sub-contractors are required to
co-operate with their employer in order that the company can meet
its obligations.
In order
to comply with the standards required, the company has engaged
Safety & Training Services, as our professional Health &
Safety Consultants, and the company Quantity Surveyor will be
responsible for Health & Safety matters on a day to day
basis within the company.
The company
will establish documentation procedures and shall define responsibility
for safety in all aspects of its work in accordance with the
Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations.
The statement
will be amended, as appropriate, from time to time and a revised
copy issued to all Employees and Sub-Contractors. A copy is
also to be displayed on notice boards.
